1. Acceptance of Terms

Players who are unable to verify their identity to the satisfaction of 77b77 may have their accounts suspended and withdrawal requests held until verification is completed. 77b77 is not liable for any losses or inconvenience arising from a delayed or suspended account pending identity verification.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each player may hold only one (1) account on the 77b77 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method or any combination thereof — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Duplicate accounts may be suspended without warning and any balances held in such accounts forfeited.

• Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username and password. 77b77 will not be held liable for any losses arising from the unauthorised use of an account where the player's credentials were shared or compromised due to the player's own actions or negligence.

• 77b77 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including without limitation where the account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, where the account holder has violated these Terms & Conditions, or where closure is required for regulatory compliance reasons.
• Players wishing to close their own 77b77 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
• 77b77 may, at its discretion, require a player to complete enhanced due diligence (EDD) procedures including but not limited to submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and documentation supporting the source of funds used for gambling on the platform.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

77b77 supports a range of Bangladesh-focused payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the 77b77 platform:

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

7. Responsible Gaming

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 77b77 platform solely for their own personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Players may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 77b77 platform without the express prior written permission of 77b77. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77b77 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise:

• Any loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill arising from the use of or inability to use the 77b77 platform, including losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to gaming sessions caused by factors outside 77b77's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever, even where 77b77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 77b77's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 77b77 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Any loss or damage arising from the player's reliance on information provided on the 77b77 platform, including but not limited to odds, game information, promotional descriptions, or any content that was inaccurate at the time of publication due to reasons outside 77b77's reasonable control.

10. Amendments and Governing Law

77b77 reserves the right to amend, update, supplement or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where applicable law requires advance notice of material changes. The version of these Terms & Conditions that is current at the time a player uses the 77b77 platform is the version that governs that player's use. The date shown in the "Last updated" notice at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version came into effect.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77b77 holds its operating licence. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit any rights that a player may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in their own country of residence.
